We have released the following bug fixes:

• Managing older checks that do not have the new Checks Selection field is now fixed.
• Pag-IBIG Validation Check and PhilHealth Validation Check is back and may be selected again in the new Checks Selection field.

We are excited to share some great news with you. We have launched a new pricing model for Smile Checks, designed with your needs in mind!

Our updated pricing structure is built on three principles: flexibility, affordability, and transparency. We understand that every business is unique, and so should be their employment verification solution.

As such, we are transitioning to a prepaid, credit-based system on top of the a la carte system that is currently in place. Each check type will be assigned a specific price in credits, simplfying the process for clients who wish to take advantage of great savings by purchasing credits in bulk.

These credits are non-expiring, and our flexible structure will ensure you can use it for any check available on the Smile Checks system. No longer will you need to pre-purchase each check type separately.

You may see our updated check prices (for a la carte purchases and credit purchases) by logging into your Smile Checks Portal and going to Check Requests > Checks and Bundles.
