LocalClarity has introduced an update that enables users to view new Google Business Profile "Relations" data in their downloads.
Profile relation data allows Google, and subsequently LocalClarity, to accurately represent the parent-child location relationship for multi-location brands, where certain locations function as independent establishments while others are considered child locations (e.g., departments within a store).
The download feature now includes six additional data points related to profile data: DepartmentID, DepartmentName, ChainID, ChainName, IndependentID, and IndependentName. This information provides valuable insights into the hierarchical structure of multi-location businesses.
LocalClarity has plans to enhance the platform's by incorporating this relation data directly within the interface . Soon, users will have a more intuitive and visual way to access and understand the parent-child relationships of their Google Business Profiles.

LocalClarity is excited to announce an enhancement to our Facebook review management. Users can now see public comments and responses posted on reviews within their Facebook Local profile.
Previously, a Facebook user's comment on an organization's Facebook review would result in the corresponding review being marked as closed in the LocalClarity platform, preventing users from responding within the platform. This issue prompted the need for increased visibility for Facebook data in platform.
Users now have the option to enable a "View all Facebook Comments" button in their settings, which provides access to the complete thread of Facebook comments. Additionally, the platform now distinguishes the business's own comment as a response, while public comments are displayed in gray and right-justified within the workflow, ensuring better visibility into Facebook reviews and responses.
LocalClarity is committed to expanding its capabilities in line with Facebook's updates. In the future, the aim is to provide further visibility by improving our visual threaded/nested Facebook content for a more comprehensive view of interactions. We are excited to roll out further improvements to our Services feature. Now, Structured Services and FreeForm Services are presented in two separate sheets within your Locations module, providing a more streamlined and organized experience for our users trying to take advantage of Google's newest Services offerings.
Previously, Structured Services and FreeForm Services were combined within two tabs on a single sheet. This setup could cause confusion and make it challenging to manage and navigate through our services offerings.
With our latest update, we have separated Structured Services and FreeForm Services into two distinct sheets. This change allows for better clarity and ease of use. Users can now access and manage each type of service independently, simplifying the process of adding, editing, and updating service details.
The Structured Services sheet provides a structured format where users can input predefined service categories across locations. The FreeForm Services sheet offers flexibility for businesses that offer unique or customized services, allowing users to freely enter their own service descriptions.
We are continually working to enhance our platform features and meet the evolving needs of our users. As Google presents new and exciting opportunities around their Service offerings, we will continue to do so as well. If you have any questions about this update, please reach out to us at support@localclarity.com.
LocalClarity is excited to introduce an enhancement to our Image Management module that connects Image Management with Reviews. With this update, review images posted by customers for a location will now display the corresponding star rating with said review image, providing valuable insights at a glance.
Previously, review images posted by customers did not include star ratings, making it challenging to gauge their overall sentiment. However, with this update, we have bridged the gap between Image Management and Reviews, enabling businesses to better understand the impact of visual content on their reputation.
Images within the ReviewsInbox will now show their corresponding review star rating. Clicking on the star rating of an image will take you to the original review in your ReviewsInbox. This enhancement allows businesses to assess the sentiment associated with these images more effectively and gain valuable insights into customer experiences.
Our roadmap includes exploring additional ways to connect visual content with reviews, empowering businesses to leverage imagery in building a strong online presence.
We have implemented several quality of life updates to enhance your experience on LocalClarity.
One significant improvement can be found within the Auto Response module, which now has an "always on" option as the default setting, eliminating the need to choose a future campaign end date.
To further optimize our platform, we have focused on improving the responsiveness of Local Performance for our largest accounts with thousands of locations. This enhancement ensures a smoother and more efficient user experience, even when handling extensive data sets.
In response to user feedback, we have introduced a User Name Change feature, allowing users to modify their first and last names within the settings module of their profiles. This self-service functionality empowers users to update their personal information easily and maintain accurate profiles.
Finally, we have dedicated efforts to resolve specific bugs affecting the Review Showcase and Bulk Q&A upload features. These fixes enhance the overall functionality and performance of these tools, as well as the platform at large.
We are committed to continuously improving LocalClarity. Stay tuned for future updates as we strive to meet your review and reputation management needs.
