We are excited to introduce an exciting enhancement to our Automations Center: the addition of Google Updated Review notifications. With this update, the Automation Center now offers the option to receive notifications when a review is updated in Google.
Previously, our Automations did not include Google review update notifications. However, with this update, we have filled that gap and integrated Google updated review notices into our automation center, allowing businesses to streamline their workflow and stay on top of customer inquiries.
Businesses can now set up Automations to receive notifications when someone has edited or updated a review left on your Google Business Profile.
We had hoped to have Google Q&A notices in this release, but we couldn't fit in the testing for all the variations. In our next Sprint release, you'll be able to trigger real time notices for new questions, updated questions, new answers, and updated answers.

Great news! We are excited to announce a further extension of Google Service Offerings to all Google Business Profile categories, providing the most comprehensive offering for your Service listing needs directly in our Manage Locations module.
With our initial launch, we found some service offerings were limited to specific categories. However, with this update, services have been extended to all eligible categories.
With extended service offerings, each location category now has its dedicated row in the services spreadsheet you find within our Manage Locations module. This streamlined approach enhances visibility and ensures data consistency. Moreover, we have improved the column limits by adopting a multi-row approach, providing more flexibility for businesses with a wide range of services. Additionally, we have implemented error messaging to clearly distinguish between internal issues and potential downtime or issues with Google's API, enabling better troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Looking ahead, we are committed to further enhancing our service management capabilities. Our focus is on continuous improvement and ensuring that businesses are at the cutting edge of review and reputation management.
LocalClarity's image management module now provides users with the ability to view the name and date of the individual who flagged an image. This enhancement addresses a previous issue where users lacked visibility regarding flagged public images, including information about who flagged them and when.
Previously, when a public image was flagged through LocalClarity, no tags or additional details were available to track who flagged the image and when the flag was raised. This presented a visibility issue in which users were unsure what public images had been reported and when.
With the recent update to the Image Management module, users can now flag any public image and access relevant information at the bottom of the flagged image, including the name of the flagger and the date of the flagging. This improved visibility enables better tracking of information related to flagged public images for Google Business Profiles. When a user flags a public image within LocalClarity, an automatic popup window will appear, featuring Google's official image reporting form. By filling out this form with the necessary details and submitting it, Google will assess the image and take appropriate action if it violates their guidelines.
Please note, the user and time recorded for flagging details is only indicative of when said user clicked the flag button within the LocalClarity internal platform. We are unable to display if and when the form was officially submitted to Google.
In the next release, you'll be able to see the rating stars for any images uploaded as part of the review process. Please stay tuned for additional updates, and reach out to support@localclarity.com with any questions you have!
Users can now view and control their Google Business Profile service offerings in bulk view through a connected Google Sheet. We are thrilled to present this latest enhancement, which supports businesses in effortless editing and pushing services at scale to their Google Business listings, thanks to the integration of Google's newest API.
Google recently elevated the signal value and visual prominence of service offerings. This is obvious when you see the new map presentation being tested. The "Services" tab is elevated to second place (ahead of Reviews, Updates, and Photos) and we are seeing significant search result impacts.
Say hello to the new Bulk Service Management page in LocalClarity, designed to revolutionize how you handle your services.
