Refreshed Trustpilot Connection

Summary

Users with TrustPilot Integrations now have even more control over their connection synchronization.

Background

TrustPilot let's people leave reviews on businesses at the company level. These reviews allow the public to see how certain brands are perceived by current and past customers. LocalClarity supports a direct Authorized connection with TrustPilot allowing for direct response to reviews..

Details

Previously, resynching data with TrustPilot required multiple steps to disconnecting and then reconnect. After this update, users can simply select a new sync option to make sure their TrustPilot data is as current as possible. While new review data comes in automatically, it is recommended to run a sync every so often to ensure nothing is missed.

What's Next

We are looking at providing Users more information in the platform about when Syncs with various Integrations occur.

Google "TrueListings"

Summary

Clients now have the option of validating their Google public facing listing details against their Google Business Profile database to be absolutely certain that all listing content is correct.

Background

Google maintains two distinct data sets for all business locations. The first set is what is recorded in the Google Business Profile data set. This is made available to customers in their Google account and the API connections that power LocalClarity and all other listing management platforms. The second set is the data set that is presented to the public. Unfortunately, these data sets are rarely (if ever) in perfect sync, especially at enterprise scale.

The only way to be absolutely certain if any variances exist between what Google tells you is presented and what your potential customers see is to conduct a direct public audit and compare the details.

Details

The new listing option is presented in the LocalClarity platform as "Google Public". You will see it in the platform as a solid blue G in the local listings table.  Email Client Success to have this new listing source added to your profiles.

What's Next

In the coming weeks we will be adding automatic comparisons to make it easier to see which locations have distinct variances between what Google says it's showing and what your clients actually see.

Review Reply Filters

Summary

Profiles with large libraries of review response templates will now find it easy to select the best response with new review star filters.

Background

A number of LocalClarity clients leverage our review template capabilities with hundreds of different review templates for different business units and even different languages. These larger clients asked us to add additional filtering tools to make it easier to organize and select their templates.

Details

Now when you click to access your saved response templates, you will see all of the options pre-filtered to the rating of the underlying review.

What's Next

We are planning to add additional filtering options for a set of tags that can be applied to review templates for locations, languages, company groups, or whatever breakdown helps to increase your team efficiency.

New Admin - Coming Soon

Summary

The team has been hard at work with a complete rebuild of the LocalClarity administration experience. Expected to launch in late February, we want to share a few of the highlights.

Background

We know that platform administrators, especially from active agencies, benefit from an enhanced view of all aspects of the user's experience in the platform. We reached out to a dozen white-label clients to get their input on what we could incorporate into a re-build administration, and we were thrilled to collect nearly a hundred excellent ideas. We're excited to incorporate the majority of their ideas into the soon to be released admin.

Enhancements for All Accounts

Here are just a few of the enhancements we're planning to release in the Admin section of LocalClarity 2.0.

New: Workspaces
An entirely new concept, all Profiles will be rolled up into a single account (a Workspace) that holds all subscription details, Profiles, and users. Client will have greater options of often requested functionality like emailing of monthly invoices.

Updated: Navigation
Users will be able to control the new top navigation and person settings like language preferences and time format settings.

Enhancements for White Label Accounts

Enhanced: User Tables
Admins now have full visibility to the connection between users, Profiles, and Workspaces, including new fields for user activity.

New: Profile Tables
Admins gain access to a comprehensive view of the activity within each profile, including: users, reports, automations, recent activity, and any errors.

Enhanced: Left Navigation
New left navigation with more domain level details for white-label agencies.

Enhanced: Domain Customization
Agencies will have greater control over the visual presentation of the platform to more easily align to their brand standards.

New: Client Error Visibility
Access new reporting to see any user or platform issues experienced by clients.

What's Next

This new Admin experience will be extended to the main Application platform over the coming months as part of our LocalClarity 2.0 updates.

Co-browsing for White Label Admins

Summary

White-label partners can now "co-browse" to mimic the platform experiences of their clients' users.

Background

Although agency super-admins have had the ability to navigate the platform as a specific user, we heard from a few agencies that they would like to have better visibility of the experience in the platform header. We were happy to update this platform experience.

Details

All white-label SuperAdmins now see the user image or avatar initials when they are navigating as the respective user in the upper right corner overlays on top of their image. Clicking on the image (see below) opens the box to show the image, name, email, and role of the user account in the profile.

This visual clue is particularly important when jumping between client profiles in the platform.

What's Next

In our upcoming Admin update, we will be sharing an entirely new set of tools for agency client visibility.
