To support our aggressive 2024 development roadmap, all profile administrators will now see an expanded set of controls and customization options.
Using a construction metaphor...Before adding more floors to the building which is the LocalClarity platform, we decided that first we needed to expand and deepen the foundation. The starting point is the Administrator experience outside of the core Profile functionality.
Admins can seamlessly make changes to how they navigate the platform. Selecting from a dropdown, Admins will be able to pick and choose what navigational options are presented in the Admin screen. This allows Admins to cut through the noise and only show what they need.
As we continue to overhaul the user experience, more changes will be made to give Admins even more control over the platform.
LocalClarity is excited to introduce a new, dynamic overview of all your connected profiles, users, and billing details that is separate from your profile Settings.
Previously, Admins didn't have a one place stop to view the breadth of their account. We have added Workspaces to allow for Admins to get an overview of their accounts all in one place.
In the Workspace view, there will be an overall count of Profiles, Users, Locations, Listings, Competitors, Reports, Automations, and Campaigns. Additionally, Billing and Company information will also be presented. This is to save Admins time by consolidating all of their important information.
This is the focus on the new concept of workspaces
Competitor review tracking has been enhanced to include TrustPilot reviews.
Trustpilot is one of the larger and more recognized consumer review platforms globally, ranking in the top 1% of most visited websites worldwide. It processes over 4 million reviews each month, showcasing its substantial user engagement and reach. In comparison, platforms like TripAdvisor and Google Business Profile see even larger traffic, with TripAdvisor receiving around 390 million unique monthly visits, and Google Business Profile being a central hub due to its integration with Google's widespread services.
Despite its size, Trustpilot's unique position comes from its model of transparency and openness where anyone can leave a review, not just invited customers, which is different from some other platforms like feefo and Yotpo that use a closed review system. This openness can lead to a greater variety of consumer viewpoints, making Trustpilot a trusted name in the realm of online consumer feedback.
Simply navigate to Settings > Integrations and then scroll down to the set of Indexed options to look for the Trustpilot logo. Clicking that will take you to the integration page.
Enter the competitor URLs using this structure:

Look for a new API or Indexed connection each month for the balance of 2024 as we extend from 50 to 60 sources. Looking for an additional platform integration? Email us at supprt@localclarity.com with the details.
New header Performance Cards in the Manage Locations module now display detailed profile totals by listing source.
LocalClarity have evolved from our Google-centric roots to provide a more comprehensive approach to local presence optimization. Now that the platform supports a broader array of search engines and industry verticals, we need to take a new approach to how this new data is presented and summarized.
In the Manage Locations module, you will now see a series of Performance Cards in the initial Location page. The first of the blue cards present a count of all of the distinct locations, while the second card tallies all of the individual listings that are mapped to the respective location. The following set of white-background cards presents the listing totals from each connected source, both authorized and indexed.
On the Google card, you will also see a Listing Health score summary. Navigating to the Google listing detail page, you will see the score assigned to each open business location.
Over the course of the next two Sprint updates, all users will see sets of Summary cards for each of the table pages in the Manage Locations module.
Connected Google Business Profile listings are now evaluated daily to calculate a Listing Health Score from 0 to 100.
Google presents a listing strength score for each listing (see below) but it's common knowledge that the score is not exclusively related to search discovery and potential customer engagement. In fact, you may have completed every section of your Google My Business profile, yet find that the reported 'Profile Strength' indicator remains orange. This could be due to Google's criteria for a "complete" business profile, which includes engaging with Google Ads.
Instead of taking a "black box" approach, LocalClarity shares the criteria for scoring for each Google Business Profile listing. We are starting with 17 criteria elements, organized into three main groupings related to the goals every business has for their local presence.
Being Found
Being Selected
Building Raving Fans
LocalClarity's approach is intended to provide a close proximity to Google's scoring process, but one focused more on your benefit than cross-sold Google services.
This is just Phase One of four releases that will transform how easily it will be to understand your listing health and the exact steps necessary to rest assured that your local presence is fully optimized.
Hey all, for the new card view it seems that you are sorting alpha. Not ideal for me. If it is going to remain alpha sort only, can we please have the special characters as the first in sort? Eg., __Master should be first. Side note about this comment feature: can this text box that I am typing in be made bigger/expand so I can see my whole text submittal? Thank you.
