Multi-search in ReviewsInbox

Summary
To provide a more rounded use of our search box, we have made an update to allow multiple search terms to be used within a singular search. 

Background
This update is part of our goal to enchant the workflow of the ReviewsInbox. The multi-search feature allows users to pull up all reviews that contain any of the searched words. 

Use Case
The process is quite simple, you will enter the keywords into the search box by using double pipes (||), and the results will populate immediately. The same functionality is available for creating a filter on the names of the reviewers. Searches can then be saved as filters and applied throughout the application or used on any automated reporting. 



Where to Access
Users will simply go into the ReviewsInbox > Select the Search Box

New Review Report Design

Summary
We have released an update to our reports so that brands and agencies can use LocalClarity to provide the right review summaries to the right people without needing to slice and dice beforehand.

Background
With this redesign, our users have the ability to create reports covering daily, weekly, or monthly updates. Users will receive a detailed overview of review count, average rating, and response count. Users can even pinpoint the review activity down to the source.

Use Case
As more reviews are made the report can become a great resource to track comment content. Included in the report, there will be a breakdown of the overall comment ratio, as well as our customized offering to emphasize positive content for 4 & 5-star reviews. 

Where to Access
All users can begin creating reports by going into Settings > Report Management > New Report.

Adding Public Email field

Summary
All users can now add an optional second email address to their user accounts for public, platform-driven communication.

Background
This update is part of the groundwork for our major ReviewsInbox update for full task management capabilities. This new field allows users to send notes from this new email address, as opposed to the email used for their platform access. 


Use Case
The key is not so much the sending email address, but the routing of replies to those emails. This update makes it possible for users to even use common/shared addresses (e.g., support@) to help organize end-client communication.

Where to Access
All users can add this additional email address directly in their user account controls.
Settings > User Management > Edit User

Additional Variables for Response Templates

Summary
Our Intelligent Auto Response has always been a fan favorite of our clients, and taking some of the feedback we’ve received, we came to the happy decision to release a broader set of auto-insert variable options.

Background
Our auto-response templates allow for up to 6 different defined auto-insert variables which, for some, has been limiting. However, by understanding more of our client’s preferred use-cases, we were able to create a plan of action and execute.

Use Case
Our users now have the ability to create and define their own set of auto-insert variables on both a profile level (e.g. Applies to all locations) and on a location level (e.g. Applies to just that location). It is our hope to allow for more variety in review templates and assist our users in creating truly personalized responses.




Where to Access
Users will need to go into Manage Locations > Select a Location > Select Location Details > Variables
