Summary
The new Post builder workflow in Manage Locations has been extended to include the Dynamic URL Builder for Offer Posts with a redeem link.
Background
Posts are one of the few completely free advertising opportunities within the Googleverse so we wanted to make certain that our link builder is available for all Posts containing call-to-action links.
Use Case
Used effectively, Google Offer Posts can increase traffic to your website, boost sales, and engage with your audience.
Where
Go to Manage Location > Select Locations > +Posts > Offer Post. Scrolling down within the window will show the box to insert a base URL and then append any pre-established variables.
Summary
Accounts with custom Single-Souce-of-Truth connections can now schedule emailed reports that recap all of the edits pushed to listings from the source landing pages.
Background
At LocalClarity we're committed to putting the right information, in the right hands, at the right time. This includes offering the ability to schedule or trigger email notices for any enhancements to the platform.
Use Cases
Most clients are starting with a recap of all holiday and hour changes triggered from the prior day. Included in each report are:

For this initial report launch, please contact support@localclarity.com to discuss reporting options. In the coming weeks, reporting create/edit controls will be available directly in Settings > Reports > Create New Report.
Summary
Using the Search box or dropdown filter, users can either search for a specific location or view locations with a specific community edit. We display notifications of suggested edits to the following categories:
Business name

Holidays
Website

Background
Several weeks ago, we released a notification center to alert our users of any community suggested edits to their Google locations. With our larger multi-location clients in mind, we decided to improve this center to allow users to better manage these alerts.
Use Case
It’s our hope with this update that our users become more aware of any major changes to their listings, as well as regain the ability to reject any unwanted changes to their location details.
Where to Access
All users can access the Notifications icon in the top right corner of the primary top navigation.
What's Next
We are working towards making this critical insight even more valuable via both scheduled (daily, weekly) reporting and intra-day notices of any attempted listing edits.
Summary
Users can now create posts at scale using the new Manage Locations workflows AND provide each call to action link with a custom tracking URL.
Background
All current spreadsheet base bulk process has always supported unique content for every post for every location. Looking at client usage, however, we saw that most brands and agencies used a common image and message for their post campaigns. We made it easy to simply select the location, create a post, and publish. The one missing element was a dynamic URL builder.
Use Case
We always encourage our users to set up UTM tracking parameters for links on their Posts, as even with a Call-to-Action (CTA), there are known issues in the completeness of Google’s data. Through UTM tracking, our users receive an opportunity to gain better insights into the actual results of their posts.
With that in mind, we came to the decision to create a builder within our post workflow to encourage users to set those details up. We also have prepared a Best Practices Guide for anyone curious to learn more about tracking.
Where
The new post workflow can be found in Manage Location > Select Locations > +Posts. When you select to add a call-to-action button to the post you will see a new menu option (image below) that lets you build a dynamic URL.
Summary
Users now have the ability to turn off the live chat support bubble in the platform.
Background
This item is one that came directly from a handful of clients who found that while our chat invitations offered a great resource to reach the LocalClarity team, it got in the way of accessing details within the platform.
Use Case/Why
As we’ve mentioned before, we love receiving platform improvement requests from clients as they provide us great insight into our user’s everyday workflow. As such, to ensure that there are no issues with accessing different elements of the application, we have added the ability to turn our chat bubble on and off.
Where
The chat bubble normally present in the lower right corner of each application page can be turned on/off by clicking on the chat icon in the top navigation. This chat icon is not present in white-label installations without direct LocalClarity chat support.
