From NAP to imagery, one of our top recommendations for brands is ensuring that their Google My Business listings are completely optimized for search. For our multi-location brands, we understand the time commitment that would pose, which is why we have made it easier than ever for our users to pinpoint exactly which locations may be missing vital location details.
Here is an overview of each topic:
Verified
This notice means that the location has not been verified for the platform. LocalClarity has the tools, which gives users the ability to verify a location directly within the application.
Open
This is grouping the location(s) based on if they are verified on Google
Google Updates: Google sends out alert emails to the managers and owners on the listings when something has been updated in your Google listing. This notification is alerting you of any unread alerts
Store Code: It is used as the core location identification name/number, and is absolutely required to take full advantage of the platform. Note: There is no specific functionality or SEO value within GMB
Store Hours: In the example image, it is referring to the location(s) that do not have hours presented on Google
Description: The perfect spot to fully explain what you offer, what sets you apart, your history, or anything else that's helpful for customers to know
Additional Categories: One of the key ways in which businesses can broaden their exposure to Discovery Searches. Use additional categories to let customers know more about the specific services you provide.
Attributes: These are features that allow users to know what your establishment offers. The more detailed a listing is with attributes, the more likely that listing could rank for a specific targeted search

Our fan favorite Intelligent Auto-Response Campaign has received an update to better support our B2C users who integrate with Trustpilot.
Background
This update is part of the roadmap we have planned for the enhancements within our Intelligent Auto Response. We’re delighted to offer our users another avenue to better manage their daily workload.
Use Case
LocalClarity users can build or edit existing campaigns to begin responding to their reviews that flow in from either Google, Facebook, and now Trustpilot.
Summary
To improve navigation within the ReviewsInbox, we have added two new folders that allow users to see any reviews that have either been marked as Closed or Removed.
Background
We are always searching for new ways to improve our users everyday life. With this release users can now better organize their workflow without fear of losing their review visibility.
Use Case
The key is to make the process flow much smoother, by having the ability to move the review to the correct folder.
Removed
Users can mark reviews as being removed directly in the ReviewsInbox. This allows users to maintain a perfect match between LocalClarity and the review platform in terms of the number of published reviews and average score, while also allowing you to retain a record of the original review.
Closed
If a user does not want to reply to the review, you can simply put it into the Closed folder and it will no longer appear in All Reviews
