Summary
The Report Management table and controls have been materially updated to provide great visibility and control of all user-scheduled reports.
Background
Brands and agencies have historically taken advantage of LocalClarity's robust reporting capabilities, but it was too challenging to manage at scale for hundreds or thousands of locations. This release is part of our overall effort to focus just as much on user "quality of experience" as the underlying capabilities.

What's Next
We'll be updating the additional controls to add a "clone" feature that makes it easier to create a series of reports. The download file will also be updated to provide all facets for all reports.
Summary
Users can now create Intelligent Auto Response campaigns that target reviews that contain just a short comment.
Background
Many of our clients noticed that the review responses they were sending to positive reviews (4-Star and 5-Star) with very short comments like "great work", "excellent", or "well done" were exactly the same as the templates used for rating-only reviews. There just wasn't enough detail provided by the end customer in the review to warrant a fully customized response. So, we decided to add a special option in our Campaign builder to increase the percentage of reviews that can receive a targeted and timely response.
Details
In the Intelligent Auto Response campaign workflow, you will see now see three controls for comment types:
What's Next
One of the challenges with identifying the correct character count is the tendency of Google to populate the comment block with an English translation. Currently, users need to account for the extra characters. In a future release, we will be segmenting the base comment in the original language from any translated text.
Summary
Syncing between LocalClarity and multiple Google Business Profiles (GBP) has been enhanced to maintain better alignment between platforms, regardless of listing reorganizations on Google.
Background
When users establish the initial authorized connection to their GBP accounts, the LocalClairty platform is set to match the initial structure exactly using the exact account/location path. If users reorganized their GBP accounts or created new groups, however, this new structure also flowed to LocalClarity. This resulted in duplicate records in the LocalClarity account, one the new connected record and the other the "detached" listing.
Details
The new federated API structure of the GBP API set has made it possible for the LocalClarity team to execute synchronization routines directly on any authorized PlaceIDs, regardless of any changes to the account structures. There is no visible change in the platform as the release is exclusively back-end functionality. We will be working with individual client accounts to remove any previously created "detached" locations.
We realized that this release represents very detailed "under the hood" platform details. Please contact us at support@localclarity.com with any questions.
Summary
This second July Sprint Release was dedicated to a number of maintenance/background items to close a few bugs and pave the way for a number of transformative releases in August.
Details
The review platforms make occasional changes to their content structures and we need to adapt accordingly to keep the reviews flowing. We needed to make changes for TripAdvisor and ZocDoc with this release. Additionally, the team is hard at work with two major enhancements:
1) Google Play Store
Direct API integration for full review management, including Intelligent Auto Response
2) Multi-Destination Listing Management
The most extensive update in LocalClarity history as we work to expand our local search listings management.
Summary
All platform-created Post activity is now unified into Posts > Manage/HIstory.
Background
Updates to the LocalClairty platform have given users additional ways to create and manage bulk Google & Facebook posts -- but the activity/history record was available to users only within the individual section (individual, Listing Management, spreadsheet, bulk workflow).
Details
Full log details of all posts created within the platform are now unified into the Posts section. Critically, users will also find controls to easily bulk delete created Posts.
