Teams - Updated Functionality

Summary
The recently releases "Teams" functionality can now be accessed directly from the ReviewsInbox.

Details
Team management functionality is visible directly in the ReviewsInbox via 1) a new left navigation folder that holds any open reviews assigned to each user's team, and 2) the ability to manually assign a review to a specific team. Team assignments are now presented in both the center list column and the right detail pane.

What's Next
We will continue to augment Team functionality as we add review language detection workflows.

Duplicate Review Identification & Removal

Summary
Today we launch a new feature to identify reviews received from Google in duplicate (or even triplicate) due to updates from the reviewer.

Background
Each day, we access all the reviews (both new and updated) from Google, At times, the updated review is made available with distinct identification so that LocalClarity mistakenly presents it as a distinct review. 

Details
All profiles can not be set for a weekly evaluation of all Google reviews so that additional records can be removed. The switch can be accessed from Settings > Review Settings (see below). Upon the initial trigger, an audit will be performed on the connected account with all replicated reviews removed. This process with then trigger automatically each week.

Auto Response Template Limit Increase

Summary
The number of templates that can be created and assigned to Intelligent Auto Response Campaigns has increased.

Details
We have invested in our infrastructure to expand our platform capabilities for power users of our Intelligent Auto Response. Previously, the number of templates that could be created per star rating was 30, allowing for 150 total templates per profile across the rating scale. This limit has been increased to 50 templates per rating (250 total).

Additionally, the limit on the number of templates that can be assigned to a single campaign random rotation has been increased from 15 to 25.

Next Steps
We will continue to monitor performance speed to make certain all campaigns across all clients continue to quickly fire off responses regardless of complexity or size. After a monitoring period, we will look to expand these limits further. 

New Feature

Team Creation & Management

Summary
All profiles now have the ability to create and manage user teams.

Background
Several LocalClarity clients requested that we enhance the Automation workflow options by allowing incoming reviews assignment to an entire work team instead of certain individuals. We are very happy to be supporting this request.

Details
A new set of controls is now available in Settings > Manage Teams (see below). New teams can be created and edited from this section.

Teams can be immediately put into use via the expanded Automation Center controls. Reviews can now be assigned directly to a team via the workflow actions.


What's Next
In the next couple of weeks, the ReviewsInbox will be updated to allow users to assign reviews (or make edits to assignments) to teams. Additionally, a new folder will be available for all users to see the reviews assigned to one or more of their teams.

Today, we released a number of platform edits to address some recently reported issues related to error messaging, workflows, and the recent Google API update. 

We're happy to report that our hardening efforts have contributed to a 99.99% uptime for the last 30 days.
