Summary
We've made it easy for agencies to create and maintain a White Label instance of the LocalClarity platform.
Background
Editing the details of a White Label instance required a number of back and forth support emails. We have streamlined this process by adding the controls directly to the Domain Settings.
Details
Domain-level admins can access see the new set of controls in Administrator > Domain Controls.
Scroll down to see a new section for Domain Meta Data where you can edit your business details. You'll also see a new option to update the images associated with your domain, including the favicon.
What's Next
We will continue to increase the scope of customization items available for all White Label accounts in early 2023.
Summary
Intelligent Auto Response workflows have been hardened to handle situations where Google or Facebook fail to populate all review data fields.
Background
Google and Facebook, at times, fail to provide all review data fields. Missing data points can then impact Intelligent Auto Response triggers.
Details
We have added new placeholder template options should a review fail to contain the expected details. The default template will be presented as the review response in these circumstances. For example, if Google does not bring in the reviewers name, you could have a more generalized Default Auto Response, as shown below. This ensures all reviews receive a response, even if some of the data is missing from the source.
Summary
The flexibility of Intelligent Auto Response has been updated to handle non-English reviews properly.
Background
The new "short comment" option allows users to control the number of characters in the triggering review. For non-English reviews, however, the comment block from Google includes a translation. The short, 9-character review of "Muito bom" becomes the 42-character review of "Muito bom (Translated by Google) Very good".
Details
The Intelligent Auto Response campaign builder now only counts the number of characters preceding any Google translation text so use can be confident of managing the exact trigger length.
Summary
The workflow for adding new indexed review sources has been enhanced to provide more transparency to source reporting and ongoing data integrity.
Background
Previously clients had to email a csv with URLs in order to connect Indexed locations. There was a need to make this simpler, especially for clients wanting to add a handful of locations.
Details
Entering new indexed locations is now more streamlined. Simply enter the place URL for the location and add a Back Office ID (optional),
What's Next
While we have added this to most major integration partners, we hope to have most all indexed integrations available in this format in the future.
