One of the new features that we would like to pay special attention to this week is in relation to the WYSIWYG keyboard functionality.

Another new feature that we have implemented this week is in relation to the Administration on the intranet.

This new feature is for users with the select permissions to be able to bulk manage users of the intranet. This means that a user will be able to save time by performing a bulk action for users as opposed to having to complete multiple.

The feature that we have implemented is that users now have the ability to see the "Top Grades" card when navigating to the dashboards screen in the Locations app. We believe that by adding this it will help provide you with the key insight you need to make more informed decisions. This week one of the new features that we have implemented into the intranet is related to the admin section.

The feature that we have implemented is the iframe whitelist. This feature allows for the webmaster of the intranet to specify which urls are allowed to be iframed. Any urls not in this list are not able to be iframed. By having this feature implemented to the intranet it means that users cannot add any unnecessary or inappropriate content to the iframes without the url being added first.

This week one of the features we have been working on is relating to Landmarks.

The feature that has been implemented is that all content on the view screens are now within the Aria landmarks. This means that navigation is made easier for a user who is using a screen reader. By implementing this feature we believe that it will help to give all users of the intranet the experience that they deserve, a pleasant one.

One of the bug fixes we have been working on this week is in relation to the user management roles.

The issue that was occurring was that when a user navigates to admin and then user management then the search dropdown should display blocked users as well as their being the roles underneath the users name. This was not displaying, as a result this issue has been resolved.

A bug fix that has now been implemented is relating to content permissions on the intranet.

The issue that was occurring was that a user of the intranet with the previewer role had access to admin, edit and create screens. This is not the permissions that user with the previewer role should have and as a result a bug fix has occurred and this issue is no longer present.

One of the bug fixes that we have implemented this week is in relation to admin and the manage comment settings.

The bug fix that we have implemented is removing the mocks and now users have the ability to be able to manage comments for all content types across the intranet. For more information, please see our documentation:

Another bug fix that has been implemented this week is around the all contents widget.

The problem that was occurring was that when a user would navigate to a page or section where the all contents widget was being used and then would try and use the filters and it was not working correctly. This issue has now been resolved and filters for the all content widget are working as expected.

Another issue that has been resolved this week has been in relation to the design tab on the intranet.

The issue that was occurring was that 'label' fields were missing from the multi row options in the design tab. As a result this was not expected and had to be resolved. This issue has now been resolved. For more information, please see our documentation:

One of the bug fixes that we have implemented this week is in relation to the about me section in a users profile.

The problem that was occurring was that when a user navigated to the 'about me' section of their profile and went to edit in order to add their content they did not have the option to add emoji's. This is not expected and we want to be able to provide users of the intranet with all the necessary options for them to be able to express; especially in the 'about me' section. This bug fix has now been resolved.

one of the bug fixes that Invotra have resolved this week is in relation to the slideshow style for the gallery widget.

The problem that was occurring was that when a user selects the slideshow style for the gallery widget and adds a range of images with different sizes to the gallery that is used then the images that are displayed are not consistent with their aspect ratio. As a result this problem needed to be resolved and we're proud to announce that this bug has now been fixed and implemented across the intranet.

Another fix that has been implemented this week is in relation to the Design widget

The issue that was occurring was that when attempting to delete a layout, the layout is not deleted and the layout options dialog displays instead. Another issue that occurred was that the layout regions border style needs to match same styles as regions for page builder. These issues have now been resolved.

A bug fix that has been implemented this week is in relation to Ideas and Queries on the intranet.

The fix that has occurred is that the Admin's of the intranet can now have their comments appear in the comment section. Previously a problem was occurring where Admins comments were not displaying in the comment section of both Ideas and Queries.

Another bug fix that we have worked on this week is in relation to the Accordion widget. 

The fix that we have implemented for the Accordion widget is the autocomplete functionality.  Now when a user uses the Accordion widget and they start to type in the name of the content/page they wish to link to then a list of matching options will be displayed to select from as a result of the autocomplete functionality.

One of the bug fixes that we have been working on this week is in relation to the File library.

The issue that was occurring was that the display was incorrect for the File library when a user was accessing the file library via the the 'File upload' then the screen was not displaying as expected. This issue has now been resolved.

A bug fix that has been resolved this week has been in relation to the Induction progress reporting section of the intranet.

What has been resolved for the Induction progress reporting screen is the Filter header and a language fix. Now the filter headings have been resolved as well as the language fix. As a result the Induction progress reporting screen is now at the same standard as the rest of the intranet.

Another bug fix that has been implemented this week has been in relation  to Blogs

The issue that was occurring was that when a user would create a blog and then select save, they would be presented with the correct dialog however the create screen would not close and the user would have to take a manual step of selecting close on the create screen. This issue has now been resolved and no longer occurs.

A bug fix that we have resolved this week is in relation to the progress indicators on a loading screen.

Now we have improved the experience for the user of the intranet when they are presented with a loading screen. This experience will be consistent across the intranet. Please see the image of what the loading indicator will appear as on the intranet:

Another feature that is now available to users is the ability to align text and images vertically in the Design widget.

The feature can be accessed by selecting the text or image in the design widget you would like to change the placement of, then selecting the 'Layout' option in the WYSIWYG toolbar. This allows users to have full control over the design they are creating.

One of the new features that we have implemented this week is the ability to export data related to users, teams, locations, and job roles.

This feature can be found in Administration under the 'Intranet tools' dropdown. It allows administrators to export data as a CSV file which can then be easily imported into another application.

Another new feature that we have implemented this week has been in relation to induction progress reporting.

This feature can be found within the 'Administration' section of the intranet and can be used to view the activity of users completing induction onboarding tasks and gain insights into their progress.

A feature that we have now implemented onto the intranet is related to the management of comments.

The feature can be found on the Manage comments screen accessed via Manage content and it allows users to filter the comments they have bookmarked or liked/saved.

Another feature that we have implemented this week is in relation to the Design widget.

The feature that we have added is that now the user has the option to add vertical alignment to a region for text and images in the region. This feature has now been added and we believe that it helps provide the user with a more seamless experience when using the design widget.
