Another bug fix that we have resolved this week is in relation to administration

The problem that was occurring was that when a user with the select permissions navigated to administration and then to google analytics. When the incorrect measurement ID was input then there would be now warning to signify the user that this was incorrect. As a result this could cause some confusion for users. As a result this has now been updated and the measurement ID highlights red if the user inputs the incorrect ID.

One of the bug fixes that we have resolved this week is in relation to the previewer role.

The problem that was occurring was that when a user with the select permissions would navigate to a piece of content on the intranet, then they should be able to see a piece of unpublished content due to their role however they weren't. This issue has since been resolved and is no longer occurring. Now a user with the previewer role can view unpublished content.

One of the issues that we've resolved this week is in relation to the use of a screen reader on the intranet.

When a user with the select permissions goes to the broadcast admin screen and then edits the broadcast message and uses a screen reader then they are not announced. As a result this could cause issues for users. This issue has since been fixed and is no longer occurring.

One of the features that we have implemented this week is in relation to menus on the intranet.

The feature that we have added is that when a user with the select permissions navigates to the menu item members screen and then 'manage members' they are now able to delete more than one item. Please see the image below:

One of the features that we have added this week is in relation to user roles

The user role that we have updated is the external user role. The updates that have been made now appropriately restrict the external user role to only certain access of the intranet. By doing this we believe it will help the organisation with only allowing external users to view and interact with the content they want to.

Another feature that we have implemented this week is in relation to Decision Tree's

The feature that we have added is that users can now use 'sort by' filters. By adding this feature we aim to improve the user experience when using Decision Trees and help them save time when trying to find a particular decision tree that they are looking for.

Another bug fix that we have resolved this week is in relation to accessibility.

The problem that was occurring was that when a user with the select permissions would select any content type and then try to access the accessibility dialog by pressing Alt+0 then a problem occurs. This problem is that the accessibility dialog is missing . As a result this could cause confusion for users. This issue has since been resolved and is no longer occurring.

One of the bug fixes that we have implemented this week is in relation to the navigation widget:

The bug that we have resolved this week is that when a user with the select permissions adds a navigation widget to the page of their choosing then selects the 'make root level' option then the widget does not display the information correctly. As a result this was causing some confusion for users. This issue has since been resolved and is no longer occurring.

Another new feature that we have implemented this week is in relation to the configuration panel in content.

Now when a user with the select permissions goes to edit or create a piece of content and then down to the configuration panel; then select the search tab they will be able to select a checkbox for 'Generate url alias'. This feature will now improve the look of the content when hovering over it as a card stat. This is because it may have previously read as [domain]/blogs/fffbf040-d9a2-4af2-877b-1ffa751eedbe. Whereas now it will read as [domain]/blogs/my-blog which gives the intranet a much better look and feel for the users.

One of the new features that we have added this week is in relation to roles.

The features that have been added is that now all apps are aware of the users global role on the intranet; previously the apps wouldn't take this into account and just have the app roles assigned to the user. The apps that have received this update are:
