Another problem that has been resolved this week is in relation to administration.

The problem that was occurring was that when a user with the select permissions would navigate to administration and then the profile settings tab and work their way over to the personal interests section then they will observe that not all of the data is shown in the table. As a result this was causing some confusion for some users. This issue has since been resolved and is no longer occurring.

One of the bug fixes that we have implemented this week is in relation to the content management app.

The issue that was occurring was that when a user with the select permissions would navigate to the content management app and would go to sort the table in one of the following:

• Owner
• Author
• Menu item

Then they would not be able to. This was not expected and as a result was causing some confusion for users. This issue has since been resolved and is no longer occurring.

Another bug fix that we have worked on this week is in relation to image sizing.

The problem that was occurring was the size of avatars in the following areas:

• Search screen - people
• People home screen
• Org chart
• Org chart static - profile screen
• Profile widget

This issue has now been resolved and the sizing of the avatars are now displaying correctly.

One of the bug fixes that we have resolved this week is in relation to the profile card.

The issue that was occurring was that when a user with the select permissions locates a user with an expandable profile card and then selects one of the 'chips' to be relocated; they are not and instead no action occurs. As a result this was causing some confusion for users. This issue has since been resolved and is no longer working.

One of the bug fixes that we have resolved this week is in relation to administration.

The problem that was occurring was that when a user with the select permissions would got to administration. On particular screens they would observe that the pagination in the table was still displaying even though there were 0 results.  The following areas are affected:

• Admin - profile - job role screen
• Admin - user management screen
• Admin - content templates screen
• Manage content screens
• Manage Ideas/Queries screen

Another bug fix that we have implemented this week is in relation to menu item templates.

When a user with the select permissions navigates to the edit screen of an existing menu item they are not provided with the option to change templates. As a result this was causing confusion for some users. This issue should not have been happening,  and has since been resolved.

Another new feature that we have added this week is in relation to mobile users of the intranet.

The feature that we have added is the menu view screen for users on the intranet who use a mobile device. We hope that by implementing this feature it improves the user experience and allows for the user to navigate around the intranet more easily.

One of the features that we have added to the intranet this week is in relation to content types.

The feature that we have added is that now when a user with the select permissions creates a content type they are now able to add the target functionality similar to widgets and broadcast messages. We hope that this new feature improves the user experience for users across the intranet.

Another feature that we have added this week is in relation to widgets.

The feature that we have implemented is that now when a user with the select permissions chooses to add a list widget they will also have the option to 'override title' and input their chosen title.

One of the features that we have implemented this week is in relation to Admin.

Now when a user with the select permissions navigates to the 'administration' section on the intranet and then selects the 'Comment Settings' tab they will now be able to configure the commenting options and other features for content types on the intranet.

Another bug fix that we have implemented this week is in relation to content.

The problem that was occurring was that when a user with the select permissions would go to the promote section within configuration on the 'create page' screen then they would be given the option to have it display in the 'featured content widget'. However this is not in our latest version of the product. As a result this has since been updated and the issue no longer occurs.

The issue that was occurring was that when a user with the select permissions would create a doc and then save it in a 'unpublished state' the doc would be saved in a 'Published' state. As a result this was causing confusion for stakeholders and should not have been occurring. As a result this has since been changed and is no longer occurring.
