Keep your company’s details up to date


Your company is constantly evolving - bringing in new talent, streamlining processes, and re-organizing to improve efficiency and productivity. To withstand these frequent changes, it's important to be flexible and adaptable. This is where Akooda comes in. 

We are excited to introduce a new way of HRIS integration. In addition to the existing option of uploading organizational data through our platform, and building on the Ingestion API, we have recently launched the People API.

The new People API endpoint was designed to work seamlessly with any HRIS that you use as your "single source of truth" (SSOT). This allows your developers to harness data from your HR system and make it a part of Akooda's "single version of truth" (SVOT). This eliminates the need for manual work or misalignments. From now on, Akooda will have a complete understanding of the people and teams that make up your organization.

As part of this launch, our customer solutions team also offers a limited service of implementing the integration for you. If this sounds interesting, please contact your account owner to see if you're eligible for this plan.

With this new feature, it is easier than ever to see the complete history of your relationship with each contact. The Contact directory allows you to see who engaged the contact, when, how, and about what. All in a simple and intuitive way.
With all your communication automatically gathered to one place, you will never mess up a call again due to insufficient synchronization or lacking of internal documentation.

See the big picture when it comes to your customers


As a leader in your organization, you strive to make data-driven decisions. Unfortunately, you don’t always have the right data, or it is too cumbersome to find and process what you need. Often, you find yourself relying on sporadic examples rather than actual insights.
Akooda understands that and is here to help you.

We are excited to provide you with a new way of reviewing your organization - Statistics.
In addition to the existing ways of reviewing your directory (Table view and CommChart view) you can now choose the Statistics view. Choosing this option will allow you to see aggregative metrics on the selected organization and get an overall view of them.
You can use this new option to understand patterns such as “How frequently do we meet customers from different segments”, “How much time do we spend meeting small customers”, “How many conversations do we have with a typical prospect”, and more.
