Remember the tags shown per interaction in the table at the bottom of the page? Browse through slack with ease by clicking a tag of your choice and going directly to its first appearance in that conversation.
We all have different words to describe the same thing and each has its own preference. In business, this is even more true when it comes to talking about projects, customers, features, etc. Since there’s no way to enforce unity through and through - we’re happy to introduce keywords.
Keywords are essentially another level of describing topics. Multiple keywords can be associated with the same tag, such that throughout the product they are referenced as one of the same. For example, Akooda will be indifferent to whether your team mentioned the SOC2 project as SOC, SOC 2, SOC-2, or even the “compliance 2020” project.
Go to the “Settings > Tags” to start enriching your organization’s vocabulary by adding keywords that relate to your work universe.

Developers use GitHub to communicate with each other on features, issues, and other system updates. We are committed to covering the full digital footprint, and so are more than happy to announce our support to this integral part of most modern organizations.
Linking your GitHub account gives you the ability to see branches as interactions amongst engineers. This includes their respective commit messages and pull-requests right in the context of Akooda. All textual references will be used for tagging the interactions, allowing for a deeper connection to projects engineering has been working on.

The “wizard” is an interactive walkthrough, taking you through the minimal steps needed to complete key tasks within Akooda. One single route at a time, filtering out all of the unnecessary options and focusing on what matters.

For the past couple of months, we’ve been doubling down on organizational insights, with the goal to cut the time and effort required for decision-makers to derive conclusions from the interaction data.
Deep insights that normally take weeks to process are now surfaced in Akooda to help leaders identify and tend to irregularities in interaction patterns - including department-level collaboration patterns, whether it’s on a specific topic or in their overall activity.
To see these, head over to the Timeline page and hover over the flag icons shown on the "Work Volume" and "Share of Attention" sections. Click on any of the insights to refine the filters and continue the investigation on what actually is going on.
