Tune in to JSM to cover service experiences


Jira Service Management empowers support and IT teams to set up a service desk quickly. Now, it is supported out of the box with the existing Akoodas Atlassian connector.

Pairing your ITSM (IT Service Management) with External Organizations will allow Akooda to process the delivery of IT services to customers end-to-end in Akooda.

Thereby, teams will be able to see both inbound and outbound interactions in relation to these customers and gain more holistic insights into how they can do better.

Amp up your insights with outbound interactions


Close the loop between your GTM team and any related discussions and work done by the R&D and Product team - no matter which tool is used to manage knowledge, communication, and projects.

Customers who opted-in to this new feature set can now see throughout the platform two types of collaborators on interactions, either “Internal” or “External” people. This essentially breaks team silos when working with external teams in multiple tools, allowing your organization to streamline cumbersome tasks and make decisions more quickly.

A spiffy new update to the interactions table turns it into your universal search hub, making it easier for you to track down units of work - be it conversations, docs, tasks, meetings, or branches. 

We’ve leveled up the table so you’ll be able to:

  • Configure the columns shown
  • Reorder the columns
  • Choose which columns it is sorted by
  • Maximize the display to full screen

Altogether, this means less time spent scouting for information and more time spent moving projects forward.

Be notified on new activity straight to Slack


Be the first to know when the attention shifts across efforts and topics.

As a new subscriber on Akooda’s slack notifications, you’ll get alerted on trending topics in your natural working environment. Alerts can be configured according to your individual needs, sent to you at your most convenient frequency.

By default, you’ll get notifications on trending topics with collaborators that we identified as most relevant to you. This is the “Automatic” rule, which you can find on the “Settings > Notifications” page. 

We know that each person is unique. Therefore, you can always adjust your preferences by creating new notification rules. Each rule is defined by a subset of topics and specific people in your organization - such as specific projects your team is working on - and according to your schedule.
