Advanced write-back rules

This feature will give you the ability to apply logic to different tasks in the shipping process. For example, you may want to markup shipping differently based on the service type (i.e. markup is 1.7 for UPS Ground and 1.2 for UPS Next Day Air). Maybe you want to round up the shipping charge to $20 if the charge is under $20. Or maybe you want to send emails to a default person every time you ship to a certain customer. You can do that now with automations.


We plan on building out lots more automations. Since this can be a little involved, please look out for a webinar that will help you understand this better. If you have ideas on how we can help automate your shipping even more, please let us know!

Correct ship to address with a button click

Now you can choose to correct addresses before you ship based on the information listed in the USPS database. This is helpful to increase deliverability of your packages. Also, this will help avoid fees that UPS/FEDEX might charge to correct addresses.  You can hover over the fix address button to see the suggested address before you fix it.

 

Once the address is entered or mapped automatically through the scanner input, the FIX ADDRESS button will appear if there is a correction available. Keep in mind that the USPS information is not 100% accurate and that it may not be possible to correct some addresses.

Hit enter to start scanner input

Some clients need more time when they manually key in the invoice/order number into the scanner input box before we start searching for the associated shipping information. We now give you the ability to choose how long the system will wait after you stop typing before the lookup is done. If you prefer to press the ENTER key to start the lookup process, you can do that too.

  • Faster performance on the track tab data
  • Handled the UPS delivery point of "Available for pickup"
  • Automatic update for Mac installations. Close/re-open will now work on Macs.
  • Limit the number of "in transit" emails that are generated to the end user
  • Credit card limit check on the batch
  • Label count added to batch. Batch is limited to 50 records per upload.
  • Batch orders now have a "Batch Id" - Starts with "BO" (BatchOrder) and a sequential number per company (BO-1, BO-2). There is now a $500 limit on credit card spend. If you need to do more than that, please contact us.
  • Single / Batch view on the track tab // This will speed the loading time when having hundreds of shipments

Custom HTML/CSS for emails to clients

Now you can change the look and feel of the emails to your clients. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is required on your side, but you now have the option to:

  • Include advertisements or cross-selling messaging on your emails
  • Add more color combinations to the emails
  • Change fonts and position of all the elements in the email

Print labels to a laser printer and/or PDF

Instead of printing to a ZPL printer, create labels as a PDF that can be saved/printed. This will work for single shipments and batch.
