Simply enter the declared value in this section and we will charge 1% for domestic shipments and 1.5% for international shipments of this declared value using the credit card on file.

Proactively Track Shipment

You may have already noticed that we have a new process that will automatically send an email alert to you if a shipment will take longer than anticipated. This might help when you have a situation with a hard deadline so you can proactively make arrangements to meet your deadline. If too many notifications are sent, let us know and we can disable this feature for you.

USPS Ground Advantage pricing

USPS has launched its new product offering called USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Ground Advantage will feature 2-5 day service standards for packages up to 70 pounds. ShipLeap has integrated that program with our software.

Customers can reply directly to you when they get emails from ShipLeap

Email alerts get emailed to your client from our email address (no-reply@shipleap.com). Before this release, if they were to hit reply to that email, the email TO address would show no-reply@shipleap.com.

Now, if they hit reply on that email, your company email address will be populated automatically.

Remove info from the ship-to address block

There may be times when you want to remove information from the address block after it is mapped from your MIS. For example, you may want to remove the ship to name and ship to phone number. You can now create an automation that will allow name and phone number to be removed after an address block is pulled in.

Choose how to print labels at the time of shipment


Instead of only printing to a ZPL printer, you can now print to a PDF and print to whatever printer you like. Also, you can actually not print at all (Don't Print) and send labels directly to the track tab to be printed in the future.

External writeback for PrintSmith Vision

Vision writebacks now can only be done from ShipLeap servers to take the load away from your local computers. If you are using an internal writeback, it will no longer be supported on future versions. This new process is replacing the internal QUEUE MANAGER.

Batch processing is officially out of BETA, and we added new features

1. Now you can upload 100 records at a time.

2. Shop for the best price in batch with a click of a button. Click "Shop Rates" after you get rates.

3. We now give you a reference to the link where you can see the format of our CSV file you have to upload on the upload screen for your convenience.
