For automation conditions, let the invoice total and web orders  be  options.

When the shipment was billed to a third party account,  you will now find an indicator that shows that 3rd party info in the track tab.

When you do an export, you will now find reference info, 3rd party billing, and insurance information when available. See image below

Some users have had issues seeing messages via the alerts from the operating system. ShipLeap will start showing messages internally directly from the app.

You may have already noticed that we have a new process that will automatically send an email alert to you if a shipment will take longer than anticipated. This might help when you have a situation with a hard deadline so you can proactively make arrangements to meet your deadline. If too many notifications are sent, let us know and we can disable this feature for you.

Carriers are not offering a delivery time frame for all packages anymore. When there is a guarantee, you will see a check next to the service from now on. Here are screenshots from the ship tab followed by the shop tab in batch.

USPS has launched its new product offering called USPS Ground Advantage. USPS Ground Advantage will feature 2-5 day service standards for packages up to 70 pounds. ShipLeap has integrated that program with our software.

Email alerts get emailed to your client from our email address (no-reply@shipleap.com). Before this release, if they were to hit reply to that email, the email TO address would show no-reply@shipleap.com.

Now, if they hit reply on that email, your company email address will be populated automatically.

You can now choose which carriers you want to shop rates with in the batch tab.

The previous version had a limit of the tracking number which has now been expanded to allow for longer USPS tracking numbers.

Now you can see the emails that we sent emails to in the track tab along with what type of tracking emails were sent.

You can add order name to the batch process for upload.

1. Add the order name reference under the column order_name

2. You'll see it on the batch upload screen.

There may be times when you want to remove information from the address block after it is mapped from your MIS. For example, you may want to remove the ship to name and ship to phone number. You can now create an automation that will allow name and phone number to be removed after an address block is pulled in.

The address book in the RETURN section is now sorted alphabetically.

Rather than clicking the add button 49 times to make a shipment with 50 boxes, you can now shift click on the add button and enter the amount of boxes you want to add to the shipment.

Some users have been experiencing longer writeback times with the new version. This should help speed up the writeback process.

Instead of only printing to a ZPL printer, you can now print to a PDF and print to whatever printer you like. Also, you can actually not print at all (Don't Print) and send labels directly to the track tab to be printed in the future.

Vision writebacks now can only be done from ShipLeap servers to take the load away from your local computers. If you are using an internal writeback, it will no longer be supported on future versions. This new process is replacing the internal QUEUE MANAGER.

You can now re-order the carriers in the drop down. You can simply go to settings, Defaults to change the order of your carriers associated with your account.

The icons and ship button should behave properly now. There was an issue after the 6.1.0 upgrade.

Very long reference fields were pushing the columns too far on the track tab. This fix makes it easier to read long text.

We received reports of issues with the Vision writeback in the cloud and slow down in performance. This version addresses that. If you are experiencing Vision slow down issues, please let us know by sending an email to support@shipleap.com

Now, you can send an email to your sales person for every shipped job that is tagged with their name. In Printsmith Vision, you can put in the salesperson's name. Then, you can reference that name in the automation and automatically add their email to the shipment.

Fixed a bug where the online status didn't update with certain failures.

There is now a new process that will backup the config file in case it gets corrupted.

Batch processing is officially out of BETA, and we added new features

1. Now you can upload 100 records at a time.

2. Shop for the best price in batch with a click of a button. Click "Shop Rates" after you get rates.

3. We now give you a reference to the link where you can see the format of our CSV file you have to upload on the upload screen for your convenience.

Once a bad zip code is brought in from Four51, you couldn't override the city. This is now fixed.
