What’s new in Profi
📅 Confirm, reschedule or cancel sessions from synced calendars
Guess what? Calendar management is becoming even more effortless. How? Well, no need to log into your Profi account to manage your appointments. Just make your updates directly from your synced Google and Outlook calendars.
Here are your new options:
🔔 Include messages when rescheduling
Also, when you reschedule or cancel, you can now add a message to let your clients know the reason.
🎬 Check your video and audio setup before entering the session room
It’s 9 a.m. and it’s your first call of the day. You enter a client session room and your client is already there. Strange sounds ensue: “Hellooo, can you hear me?” and “OMG, why does my hair look so weird on camera?”
For every “I wish I could check myself before I wreck myself” moment, we’ve introduced the Profi video conferencing pre-call screen. So, you can brush off the breakfast crumbs and check your sound, before you show up topless to your next client call. 😜
With the pre-call screen, both you and your clients can change your microphone, camera, video quality and more to make sure everyone is ready to shine.
Dedicate 100% of your session time to having a productive discussion and helping your clients instead of awkwardly adjusting yourself.
Ahhhh… aaand, action! 🎬
⏩ Session in progress bar
Connections get dropped, browser tabs get closed (mostly accidentally) in the middle of client calls.
For every time you’ve asked yourself, “how do I return to my call?” there’s now a Session in progress bar!
See how many people have registered for your session and your session duration. But most importantly, re-join a call at any time (provided the current session time isn’t over yet) or end a session with a click of a button.

📌 Pin notes
And while you’re on a call with your clients, don’t forget to take private notes! Now you can not only share notes with clients but pin them as well.
Pinned notes will appear at the top of the Notes section.
Now, pin a note or two.
What’s new in Profi
🛄 Archive clients
While most of us would prefer to have lifelong clients, pressing pause on a client engagement is a natural reality for any Profi (professional service provider). So, when you find yourself needing to take a breath and re-evaluate, try Archive clients.
On your next log in, you’ll notice your Clients contains two sublists: Active clients and Archived clients. Easily archive any client from your Active clients list. By the way, Archived clients won’t count towards your subscription plan’s client limit. So, archive away!
When you archive a client:
💬 Profi Q&A: “What if I decide to re-engage a client?”
You probably guessed it: you can un-archive them at any time manually or by proposing a service. If they accept an offer, archived clients will automatically become active again.
💙 Share beautiful landing page previews
We understand that how you present yourself to clients matters... a lot! And we care about all the little things that ultimately give your client the best impression of you and your business.
So from now on, whenever you share your service landing page links with clients on social, through messaging and other platforms, they’ll see beautiful and informative link previews. They display a service’s cover image or your photo (so upload it to your Profile if you haven’t yet) and a service name + its description.
🏦 Export all transactions in one click
Finally, you can export all your Profi client transactions from your Payments dashboard.
You’ll instantly get a CSV file download with the fields that mirror your service or event name, type + date, client name, the amount paid, payment id and more.
💡 Quick tip on Payments
You can easily withdraw your payment balance at any time by connecting your Stripe and/or Paypal accounts.

📝 Take notes during sessions
In addition to chatting, you can now take notes during your individual client sessions and instantly share them with clients.
And combined with our next feature, your notes become a veritable Swiss Army knife where you can store, track and share your client progress all in one handy place.
🎥 Record sessions
We know you’ve been waiting for this one long enough. And we’re happy to announce your wait is over! Now you can record your sessions with clients using our built-in Profi video conferencing platform.
Each recording is stored and instantly accessible as a private note in each client card (in the Clients list). And like all notes, you can share session recordings with your clients with just a click of the share button.

Add a new client session to your Profi Calendar
➕ Invite participants to running group sessions
Sometimes, people don’t manage to register for your sessions on time, and there’s no judgment here … we all get it.
Now you can include late arrivals directly from the group session in progress. So everyone can join in and benefit from the group without unnecessary time limitations.
Just add your existing clients from the Clients list or invite external participants who don’t have a Profi account client just yet (they’ll be prompted to create one before joining the session).
People you invite will get an email notification (and SMS if they’ve added their phone number in their Profile’s My info tab).
You can also copy + share a link with people you’d like to invite to your running session.
When someone from outside the registered participants’ list wants to join a group session in progress, you’ll have the opportunity to either admit them or deny their entry — feeling the power yet?
🚧 Note that this feature is only available in free group sessions.
✋ Limit group session seats
Marketers will tell you that limiting seats is a great way to boost event registrations — and they’d be right.
But it’s also a good idea to set limits for smaller focus groups that you want to dedicate your full attention to during a workshop or session that requires active group participation and interaction.

📜 Add cover images to service landing pages
In the image above, you can see a custom abstract cover image applied to a group session landing page.
Add a cover image for any type of service you offer to clients that displays on your service landing page.
📆 Enable multi-cal sync (Google Calendars)
In the previous update, we mentioned that we enabled multi-cal sync for your Outlook accounts. Now it’s Google time!
Add as many Google Calendars as you like to ensure you have full visibility and control over your schedule. And wave one final goodbye 👋 to meeting conflicts!

Starting today, you can easily share any private note with a client. Note your thoughts on their progress, or share a to-do list and it will instantly update (for them and you) whenever you add, edit or delete items from your shared note.
New shared notes immediately appear on a client's dashboard.
And don't worry... we all make mistakes sometimes. 😬 So, with a click of a button, you can unshare a note if needed.

📅 Multi-calendar Outlook sync 🔄
Yep, it's here! Now add multiple Outlook calendar accounts AND multiple calendars within those accounts — and all of them will be in perfect sync with your Profi calendar.
And, of course, it's a two-way sync:
So all your Outlook events will show up in your Profi calendar.
Outlook event time slots will be unavailable for your clients to book.
And this feature ✨ automagically✨ adds all Profi events to your Outlook calendar!
