Chatbot can make appointments in 2 use cases:
1. Suggested Message on Chat Bubble: Calendar pops up right after click on suggested message
2. Conversation: Visitors can make appointment by talking to the chatbot. Chatbot will idenfity the intent of making appointments then output available time slots on calendar for visitors to select.
