Under workspace, each subscribed user can set up a different Open AI API key by log into Open AI account and generate an API key
You can insert custom privacy statement under lead capture form for each chatbot
Under chat history log, you can revise answer for each question to improve accuracy and conversation quality
Custom Domain Setting allows clients to use their own domains for embed scripts:
1. Custom domain can be submit by each chatbot
2. Custom domain is setup to support only HTTP protocol
3. HTTPS protocol needs https license submission and will be released in future version
Work Space Setting:
1. Subscribed user will be allocated under a default workspace.
2. Each subscribed email account can only create one chatbot under each workspace
3. Set up your own custom Open AI API key under each workspace
4. Invite team member to work under same workspace
5. Total number of chatbots are limited per subscribtion
