Group Permissions

One of the bug fixes that we have resolved this week is in relation to Group Permissions.


The problem that was occurring was that when a user with the select permissions navigated to they would not be able to interact with all of the groups due to permissions. This issue has since been resolved and each users permissions will have the appropriate acces to the Groups app.

Fix widget's images behaviour in page builder mode

One of the bug fixes that have been implemented this week is in relation to widgets.


The problem that was occurring was that when a user with the select permissions goes into page builder mode then the image previews do not display. This issue has since been resolved and is no longer occurring. For more information, please see our documentation:

Delete empty WYSIWYG accordion

One of the bug fixes that have been implemented this week is in relation to the WYSIWYG.


The problem that was occurring was that when a user with the select permissions creates content and then adds an empty accordion; when they try to delete it they are unable to do so. This issue has since been resolved and is no longer occurring.

Add ManageAttachmentsDialog to RHS drawer

One of the features that we have added this week is in relation to the ManageAttachmentsDialog.


Now when a user with the select permissions goes to create content; in the RHS drawer they will be able to 'manage' any of the attachment that they had added to the content. For more information, please see our documentation:

Update AltText behaviour

Another feature that we have implemented this week is in relation to AltText.


The feature that we have added is an update to the AltText across the intranet. Now when a user navigates the intranet with a screenreader the alt text will be read out correctly . For more information, please see our documentation:

Content type widget add attachment display option

One of the features that we have implemented this week is in relation to the content type widget.


The feature that we have added is that now when a user with the select permissions adds a content type widget they are able to display an attachment as an image. We believe that this feature will help improve the experience for all users of the intranet.

Update similiar profile cards

Another bug fix that we have implemented this week is in relation to profile cards.


The problem that was occurring was that when a user would be on either their own or someone elses profile; and see the similiar profiles column. Then they would observe that they would not be able to interact and click on the card unless they selected the name. As a result this caused confusion for some stakeholders as the cards were not able to be interacted with properly. This issue has since been resolved and is no longer occurring.

Exclude redacted/blocked members from locations member count

One of the bug fixes that we have resolved this week is in relation to locations.


The problem that was occurring was that when a user with the select permissions would navigate to the locations dashboards and observe the member count. They would be presented with an incorrect figure. This was because the dashboard was counting redacted and blocked members as well. This issue has since been resolved and is no longer occurring.

Add a date/time stamp to all dashboards

Another feature that we have implemented this week is in relation to dashboards.


The feature that we have added is that now all dashboards on the intranet will display the last time/date that they were updated. This is so that the user can understand how accurate the data is they are reviewing and update it if necessary.

Trim incoming notification messages to match spec

One of the features that we have implemented this week is in relation to notifications.


The feature that has been implemented is that the notifications that user will receive on the intranet, have now been updated. These new notifications we believe will provide more clarity and will be easy for the user to understand when checking their 'feed' on the intranet.
