Recalibrated objectives to focus on gaps

Another month, another round of cool improvements at Akooda.

We have to admit that the Objectives were slightly overwhelming, so we gave them a facelift to bring out the most critical ops data points - are we on track?

Now, the objectives’ progress chart is much clearer and they also got a neat upgrade: a precalculated status to let you know if you’re on or off target - or skewing away from it and are at risk and require your attention.

On your personal Feed, you’ll find objectives our AI found most relevant to you - organized by columns. And, if you are an account admin, you can see the full timeline of all active objectives directly from the library.

We have more than a few exciting things in the pipeline for the Feed. Stay tuned!

Tying it all together with Relations

Your Akooda experience just got a massive upgrade!

Akooda’s distinctive advantage is its unique breakdown of the digital footprint to understand how an organization operates. A big part of that was always the AI’s ability to autonomously connect the dots between ALL core business elements - processes, people, customers, and resources. That’s the game-changer.

Now, with the newly introduced “Relation” property that is scattered throughout the platform, we cast light on the deductive contextual perception of this so-called “Second Brain”.

What can you expect whenever you see “Relations”?

Well.. related items often represent parent-child relationships, where one item—the "parent"—is the classification, or grouping, of its related items—its "children."

Here are some parent-child Akooda relationships:

  • Organizations relate to Contacts

  • Departments relate to People

  • Managers relate to Direct Reports

  • Categories relate to Tags

Though relationships can also be non-hierarchical:

  • People follow People, Organizations, Tags

  • Interactions reference Interactions

  • People own Organizations

Go on a scavenger hunt, and look for Relations across the platform - they are the breadcrumbs to guide your way.

Analysis clarity with the flip of a switch

Explore is one of the most popular features amongst Akooda’s power users because it allows them to slice-and-dice the data to get just about any snapshot of their operations.

After months of adoption, we started to notice that users were shying away from sharing the page links with their team and instead took partial screenshots. Thereby, they lost a key dimension which is its interactability - though gained a consistently clear-cut, digestible visualization.

So as a first step to making sharing and collaborating easier within Akooda, we decided to revamp the widgets to help them zoom in on company signals in selective views.

Now, individual users can enable or disable specific widgets, giving them an overview of only the dimensions and metrics they care about most.

What’s next? Keep an eye out for the “Save” button. Allowing you and your team to save the current configuration of the Explore reports, so the entire team can seamlessly start from the same point at a later time.

Rolling out robust new filters

To check out what this new filter looks like, visit the directory pages, and as always, feel free to post your questions and feedback in the comments below!
