To create a template click Email > Templates > + Template
Once you have created an email template, you will be able to use it with the "Template" dropdown when responding to clients inside Financial Cents!
Now your clients can access our secure client portal on demand!
This makes it easy for your clients to access the portal without having to wait for a reminder or search through their email inbox to find past reminders.
This also opens up the door to many other great options:
You can add the link on your website for your clients to access the portal
You can have the link in your email signature for clients to access the portal

Now you and your team will get daily & weekly reports in your email inbox to stay on top of work.
Team members will get a daily work report in the morning showing how many projects are overdue and due that week. They can click the report to view and manage that work in Financial Cents.
Managers will get a weekly report on Monday outlining all the work due across the firm. They will be able to see the number of projects overdue, due that week, and due that month.
Easily remove a tag directly from the workflow dashboard
We added a new automation that allows you to easily track which client requests have been completed from the workflow dashboard.
Now when a client completes their client tasks the "waiting on client" tag will be removed and a "Client info received" tag will be applied.
This will make it easy for your team to filter down and see work that has the client information they need to begin the work!
You can turn this automation off by going to Settings > Company > Company Wide Automations
