Now, you can easily move documents to other folders within Financial Cents through our folder tree feature.

You can now view documents in Financial Cents without having to download them! This works for your team in FC and for your clients in their portal.

Product Suggestions:

This is a tough one, BUT for attached files to be able to View without downloading would be awesome. The reason is:

1) avoid our bookkeepers having customer files on their local workstation and
2) avoid an ever growing download folder, i.e., the workstation resource hog.

Be able to paste a screen shot in Comments, would be great as well and could be (temporary?) an answer to A above, albeit it would have other values. Note: we did see we can paste in the description field.

Folder sharing with clients

Now, you can share folders and documents with clients through our client portal so they can access important documents as needed.

Some of the features include:

The ability for clients to instantly access shared folders with documents and reports. For example, bookkeeping documents, tax documents, entity documents, etc.
The ability for clients to upload documents to the shared folders (if given permission) that are not related to projects or requests
