There's plenty of feedback that having both Ideas and Feedback as separate features felt quite similar, we’ve streamlined things a bit. Going forward, both will live under a single, clearer feature: Boards.
All your existing Ideas and Feedback are still here, nothing’s lost. They’ve just been merged into one place to help you manage all your feedback in a simpler, more organised way. Ideas and Feedback are now considered two separate Boards.
Why the change, you might ask. Users were often asking which feature to use, and in reality, Ideas are Feedback, just a different kind. Bringing them together does feel like a logical thing to do. It allows you to have a better view to collecting, categorising, and prioritising all feedback.
Also, consider renaming that Board titled “Feedback” to something else. We'll be referring to individual cards within Boards as feedback going forward.
We’re reorganizing things behind the scenes to make the platform faster and tidier overall.
You may notice temporary inconsistencies in data visibility, such as missing or delayed items in listings.
These are expected and will resolve automatically once the restructure is complete.
No data will be lost during this process. All your content remains safe and intact.
Thanks for your patience while we make these improvements and if anything seems off for quite some time, feel free to contact us.
We'd like to give you a quick heads-up about some changes for those of you on lifetime deals.
After taking a close look at how we’re running things, we realized that continuing to support lifetime deals is putting a strain on our resources. To keep LoopedIn being operational and grow sustainably in the long term, we’re going to be moving lifetime deal users to a Free plan in about three months. This means access to some premium features will be limited.
We know a lot of you grabbed these deals when they were available, and it’s worth noting that the revenue from those deals went to the previous owner of LoopedIn. Unfortunately, the ongoing costs to maintain these accounts have grown, and we need to make this shift to keep the service running.
We get that this might not be what you wanted to hear, but we hope you understand that it’s all about keeping LoopedIn alive.

Edit:
Just wanted to let you know that we’re holding off on the downgrade plan for AppSumo accounts for now. After hearing from a user willing to covering some of the costs with pay-per-API-use options, we’re exploring ways to make that work instead.
AppSumo users: Let's take this offline to a Facebook group for more reach.
this is supremely uncool. I invested in you guys. Why would I get downgraded?
Some of the existing users might be seeing broken images someplace somewhere in the platform in recent months. What happened was that random files were being deleted in the previous third party platform we've been using. The issue no longer persists now that we've moved to a new one.
However, if you still see some broken images around in roadmap cards or articles etc, a reupload of the same image will need to be done to fix the issue. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
We will deprecate Sidebar Widget v1 on 1st October 2024. Kindly use the new Sidebar Widget v2 which is more feature dense and will continue to be even more so in the future. v2 has all the features of v1, so there's nothing you'll miss out by moving over to v2.
