The LocalClarity platform now supports aviation in Thai, Vietnamese, Hindi, and Filipino.

Background
This update will be including a release of additional language options to better support our users across the globe. Users will now have access to four new languages, bringing the total to 14 language offerings. 

Use Case
With this update, users can manage all aspects of their reputation and location in their preferred language.

Users can view the language selection in the top right navigation of their screen.

Summary
To provide better direct visibility to brand assets assigned to each location, we have added an image slideshow to your Location Management controls. 

Background
This slideshow allows brands to better monitor images that have been uploaded “By Owner”; Whether that be someone currently on the team or someone with past GMB access.

Use Case
The slideshow can be viewable when the detail panel is expanded. Clicking on any image will trigger an overlay to view the full-sized image.

First Slot
An icon to trigger a pop-up window to upload new images to the GMB listing

Second Slot
Devoted to any Brand Logos uploaded to the location. 

Maximum Capacity
The Brand Image Slideshow presents a maximum of 50 images.

With one of our latest dashboards, users can now make edits to their many locations with ease.

Background
For businesses and agencies managing dozens to thousands of locations, we understand the difficulty in maintaining the spreadsheets necessary to update listing details.

Rather than clicking through each location manually or having to build out an entire spreadsheet from scratch, this newest dashboard gives you the ability to make a large number of changes within minutes.

Use Case
Users can now make immediate changes, better understand opportunities for improvement and take action quicker.

We have updated the core left-hand navigation to present with an icon for "Bulk Management". Clicking into this section will present several to manage the following via direct spreadsheet edits:

Background
This addition in particular has been much anticipated by our client’s looking to monitor their various feedback channels.

BBB prioritizes advancing marketplace trust by connecting consumers to businesses they can trust. BBB sets standards for ethical business behavior and monitors compliance.
