Another feature that we have implemented to the intranet this week is in relation to polls.

This feature that we have added now allows for users to be able to vote on a poll that has been created on the intranet. Additionally it also allows the admin to be able to see the votes on the poll and how many votes were placed for each option.

One of the new features that we have added to the intranet this week is in relation to the global search.

The feature that we have added now allows for users to be able to search for existing groups on the intranet to be able to access them quicker. We believe this feature will help users save time on the intranet and also be able to group information more easily.

One of the features that we have implemented to the intranet this week is in relation to Groups.

Another bug fix that we have implemented this week is in relation to the broadcast feature on the intranet.

The problem that was occurring was that when a user with the select permissions would navigate to administration and create a broadcast message. Other users on the intranet were not able to dismiss this using the 'Dismiss' the button. This has since been fixed and has no longer occurring.

Another bug fix that we have resolved this week is in relation Locations.

The problem that was occurring was that when a user with the select permissions would try and edit a location that had an image attached to it then they were unable to delete. As a result this was causing some implications. However this has since been resolved and is no longer occurring.

One of the bug fixes that we have implemented this week is in relation to the home screen.

The problem that was occurring was that when a user would navigate to a group and then select the group of their choosing; when they would try and join this group they would not be able to. As a result this was a problem that had to be fixed and since has been resolved. A user is now able to navigate to a group and select the 'Join Group' button effectively.

Another bug fix that we have implemented this week is in relation to Locations

The issue that was occurring was that when a user would navigate to locations on the intranet and then use a screen reader then issues were occurring due to a region field not being correctly added. This issue has since been resolved and is no longer occurring.

Another bug fix that we have implemented is in relation to the expanded search bar.

The issue that was occurring was that when a user would use a screen reader in the expanded search bar then accessibility issues would occur due to a label missing. This issue is no longer occurring and has since been fixed.

One of the bug fixes that we have resolved this week is in relation to administration.

The problem that was occurring was that when a user navigates to administration and then content then custom content types and they click on the edit option for any custom content type then the RHS drawer does not appear correctly. This issue has since been resolved and is no longer occurring.

One of the features that we have implemented this week is in relation 'Need some help'

The feature that we have added is the implementation of the 'Need some help' button that can be found on the intranet. This button can be found in the following locations and will provide guidance for the user: Profile menu, create screen & edit screen.

Another feature that we have implemented this week is in relation to administration.

The feature that we have added is that now users with the select permissions are able to navigate to administration and then have the option to export their data into a CSV file.

One of the features that we have implemented this week is in relation to the Groups app.

The feature that we have added is that we have now given the users of the intranet the ability to be able to search for content in a group within the Groups app. By adding this feature we believe that it will help users to locate content quicker.

Another feature that we have implemented this week is in relation to Webforms.

The feature that we have added is that we have updated webforms to now have a functional app bar. This will now allow for the user with the select permissions to 'Preview' 'Cancel' and 'Save' the webform all within its own separate bar.

The feature that has been implemented will now allow for admins to assign menu items to their own users to be able to create, edit and manage the content in that menu item.
