Remove widget option for app admins

One of the bug fixes that we have resolved this week is in relation to the app admin role.

The problem that was occurring was that when a user with the app admin role goes to add a widget to the content. The user then receives an error message and as a result they are not able to add a widget. This issue has since been resolved and is no longer occurring.
