What is the Shipment Status?
In a shipment, the system has five default statuses, each status goes along with a different meaning like below:Â
- Pending - the shipment is currently waiting for more processes.Â
- Active - the shipment is active and in processÂ
- Completed - The shipment is completed. Â
Important note: if the shipment status is "Completed" then all the actions in the shipment will be locked, you can only see but can not edit. You must Re-active to edit the shipment.Â
- Canceled - the shipment is canceled
How to change the status of the shipment?
On the shipment management page, choose a shipment you want to change the status of. Choose action "View"

Draft to Pending
Choose the shipment that has "Draft" status. Click the button “Confirm replicated & Send” like the picture below:Â
  Pending to Active
Choose the shipment that has "Pending" status. Click the button “Active” like the picture below:
  Active to Completed
Choose the shipment that has "Active" status. Click the button “Completed” like the picture below:
