On the Rate Management page, you can set freight viewable permission as below:

Step 1: Hover your mouse over the Edit button at the last column

Step 2: Click the Edit Viewable button

Step 3: Choose the viewable option:

• Show to all clients: show this freight to all clients.
• Hide from all clients: hide this freight from all clients.

• Show to specific clients: show this freight to leads/clients you choose:

Search and select clients by textbox 

• Hide from specific clients: hide this freight from leads/clients you choose:

Search and select clients by textbox

Step 4: Click the Save button to save your option.
