Once you have had the rate of the carrier or another provider, you can update it on your rate management as below: 

Step 1: Click Rate > Freight > Icon Sea LCL > New Rate

Step 2: Input information into the fields below:

1. Choose a Provider. 
2. Origin: choose the POL; 
3. Destination: Choose the POD.
4. Input the Transit time; Schedule; Valid From; Valid Until; Currency; Remark
5. Ocean Freights: input the value of the rate you had from the carrier.

Step 3: Finally, Click Save.
