How to import Rates by Template File into the system

Step 1: Choose "Rates" > Freight > Click "Upload excel file"

Step 2: Click the button "Download template" file for your rate data.

Step 3: Edit the rate data by providers as the table. 

Step 4: Upload the file that has just been edited. 

Step 4: Mapping fields automatedly 

Tip: If you map other fields in the data file, you can save another mapping version by choosing "Save a template"  

Then, give it a name and click Save.

By saving this template, in the next update, you can re-use it by clicking "From a saved template" and choosing the name that you saved before.

Step 5: Successful upload.
