How to get to the Internal request list page?Â
Click Quote > Request > Internal tab
When you receive a quote request from the Insider team, you will see the list as shown below.
Your task is to go to the Rate section and upload a new price, and back in this list, click View this request line, select the status Updated
Status of Quotation request for Internal
1. Pending
The client Quotation request is waiting for you to processÂ
2. Updated
This is a status that you already updated rate.Â
3. Cancelled
This is a status that you canceled the request.
4. Quote sent
For requests with the status of Updated, you can submit a quote in the Quotes Request Detail section.
If the quote is submitted successfully, the status will change to Quote Sent.
