If you want to make a quote for FCL, AIR, and TRUCK with available rates, you can make an auto quotation as below.

Step 1: Click the Quotes tab > List > Quote button

Step 2: Choose your Lead/Clients, then click Next button

Step 3: Search freight by Origin & Destination

Example: I want to search for freight from HAMBURG port to HOUSTON port. 

Fill in the textbox:

Step 4: Select Cargo Type and Cargo Volume

Click on the Select Cargo type button

Set Cargo Volume, then click OK.

Step 5: Select the available price

Step 6: Filling information

Step 7: Choose "Save" or "Save & Send"

• If you choose “Save”, the quotation’s status is Draft and is saved on the system but not sent to the client's site yet and it can be edited. 
• If you choose “Save & Send” the quotation will be sent to the client's site, and the status is Pending.
