How to embed your form anywhere

Embed your form on any platform

  • Must have ability to insert HTML
  • Copy & paste 2 snippets




 

In order to embed your form, click on the "widget" icon next to the form on the home page. See screenshot below.

Next, you will see a modal like this. Copy both snippets.

You can paste both snippets in an HTML block in WordPress. Or, if you use Divi by Elegant Themes, you can paste the # 2 snippet in the integrations area of Divi options in the "body" area.
