What's new at Desku

  • We have added options to make Livechat Widget more dynamic. Now you can set your own messages that what to display while agent is active or inactive and many other options like this. All new options are available at Appearance tab in Livechat Settings in helpdesk.
  • You can now set custom height of your chat widget which you will found in Position settings in Livechat Settings.
  • You can update your own privacy policy link which is visible to users while they sign up or login in your helpdesk. It can be set from Brand Settings tab in Settings of your Helpdesk.
