Backdating

Backdating is only available to Merchants who are on a paid Plan, therefore Merchants who are on the SC Customer Tagging Free Plan, unfortunately, will not be able to take advantage of this feature.

Backdating varies in price depending on the number of orders that you need to process.

For more information about backdating and pricing, please read this article.

Downgrading?

If you are downgrading, any workflows you have that contain premium features that are not available on the plan you are downgrading to will be automatically inactivated. They will not be available to be activated again unless you upgrade your plan.

If you have too many workflows activated when downgrading to a plan with a lower active workflow limit, you must inactivate workflows until that limit of the plan you wish to downgrade to is reached. They will not be available to be activated again unless you upgrade your plan.
