Manage Variant Option added to prompt customers to select a variant option prior to accepting a Post-Purchase Offer:

  • New selection added to the Variants tab which allows customers to be prompted to select a variant option prior to accepting an offer
  • Existing offers created will still have the default be set to "Use variant first option as default"

  • All new offers created as of today (July 25, 2023) will have default set to "Customers must select variant option"

Unpaid Upsell Item Removal Option - Enhancement: 

  • Moving forward, removed unpaid items will be restocked. Merchants will no longer need to manually restock any removed unpaid items. 
  • Please note, this does not edit any past orders.

App Status page is now available via the Intercom Messenger

  • We would like merchants to be notified immediately for any app stability notifications. We embedded the Status page in the Intercom Messenger window for you to easily verify when using the app.

  • The default setting for unpaid upsells is set to active for all existing merchants (unless the merchant has turned off the feature) as well as new merchants.

Unpaid Upsell Item Removal Option - Enhancement: 

  • Merchants can now set their preferred time frame to automatically remove unpaid upsell items from order creation if payment is not received within this timeframe.
  • The maximum time allowed for this feature is 24 hours.
  • To set up your preferred time frame for unpaid upsells removal, you will need to go to CartHook App > Settings.

Unpaid Upsell Item Removal Option:

  • CartHook now has the functionality to automatically remove unpaid upsell items 50 minutes from order creation if payment is not received within this timeframe.
  • In order to use this feature, you will need to enable it under the "Settings" tab within the CartHook app.

Subscription Offer Enhancements: 

  • We now have the option to add a discount for the 1st subscription shipment.
  • If you offer a subscription product that has the "one-time with subscription option," you now have the flexibility to change the default pre-select option to either the one-time offer OR the subscription offer.

Stray <b> Tags Fixed: 

  • Related to our Additional Offer Text Styling Options upgrade on December 13, 2021, some stores were seeing <b> tags in their offers. That has now been fixed.

Post-Purchase Offer Revenue Banner: 

  • You can now see all-time post-purchase revenue in a banner on the homepage. It displays total earned amount since first installing the app.

Additional Offer Text Styling Options: 

  • Now there are more customization options available for the text components on your offer page which allows you to create better-looking offers. You can now style your text by changing font size, justification and bold text.

Analytics Export Enhancement: 

  • Exporting reports from the analytics dashboard will now send .csv exports to the logged-in user's email address instead of the store owner’s email address.

Product collection and tag funnel criteria: 

  • Now you can configure your funnels with more customizable and granular criteria options. Display offers based on products belonging to collections or with tags that were in (or not in) the initial order.

Ability to copy a funnel: 

  • You asked for it and we listened! Copy an entire funnel (including all offers) with one click. 
  • Upon copying the funnel, you can also change the products associated to the offers. Once copied, feel free to update the offer settings and design as you desire.

Upsell/downsell logic is here! 

  • Configure the second offer in the funnel to display based on whether the first offer was accepted or declined. This means you can tailor your second offers as upsells, downsells, or cross-sells. 

Copy the offer, change the product. 

  • When copying an offer to make a new one, now you can just change the product. The design and settings of your offer will stay the same, but you can choose a new product.

Offer template updates: 

  • As of August 11th, 2021, all older versions of offer templates have been updated to our latest version. The latest offer design version allows for much more customization of your offers. Some older versions that have been updated may have changed slightly, so we encourage you to review any offers created prior to February 2021 to ensure they appear the way you want.

Out of stock enhancements are here! 

  • We will take into account your product and variant settings to “continue selling when out of stock”. If this is not enabled and there is no inventory, the offer will not display to your shopper. 
  • If only certain offered variants are out of stock, the accept button on your offer will reflect that to avoid any confusion. 
  • Please note, if the product and variants are set to continue selling when out of stock, offers will continue to display and shoppers will be able to purchase regardless of available inventory.

Offer-level analytics have arrived! 

  • We added the top performing offers section to the analytics page. You can now view the top converting and top revenue generating offers, including information how many times the offers have been viewed and what actions have been taken on them. This will allow you to more accurately determine the success of each funnel and offer, or how the first offer compares to the second offer in the funnel. Learn more here. 

Offer analytics on funnel details 💪 

  • Post Purchase Offers has added offer analytics to the funnel details page. We now display a quick overview for each offer, to give you relevant and easily accessible information to help you decide if you need to make edits to the funnel or offers.
  • The overview includes revenue per visitor, conversion, views and total revenue. Learn more here. 

CSV exports via email. 

  • We added an export option to the analytics page. It enables you to export granular reports of all your analytics data into a CSV file which is sent to you via email.
