Overview

Change can be scary, but not when you're using Post Purchase Offers! Learn how to view and edit your funnels below. Have you created your first funnel yet? If not, start here first, and then come back to this article!

You can view, edit and do lots of other cool stuff on the funnels page. The default to sort is by most recently updated, but you can also sort by most recently created or funnel priority (highest to lowest). If you have a lot of funnels, search to filter by the funnel name.

Setting your Funnel Priority

You can also change the priority of your funnel if you have more than one. Priority allows you to choose which funnel to display if multiple funnels share the same criteria. For example, if Funnel A and Funnel B are both set to display if your customer buys a particular product, you can choose which funnel has priority. Click on any funnel, scroll to the bottom to the Priority section, then click "Change".

Then, simply drag and drop the priority order. You can also do this from the high-level funnels page by clicking on "Manage Priority".

Note: If the offers in a priority funnel are skipped (due to lack of inventory or if "hide offer if product in initial order" is selected), the next priority funnel will be displayed, if exists based on criteria.

Copy an Offer

Did you create an amazing offer for your funnel and want to copy the offer to keep the settings and design, but change the product for your second offer? We’ve got you covered!

Offers can be copied exactly as is, including the product, or you can change the product. Keep in mind that after copying, only the settings and design can be changed, not the product.

Here’s how:

a) Click manage offers or the pencil icon next to your first offer

b) Click the + sign by accept or decline

c) Click copy my first offer

d) Change the product on the offer you are copying (optional)

Statuses and More

  1. Active: A funnel that is published and live in the wild. 🐆 If you’ve made changes to the funnel without publishing them, you will see a “Pending Changes” badge. We save all your work for you so there’s no need to publish right away. If you see an “Error” badge, this means that one of the selected products in your funnel criteria or the associated offer has been deleted.

  2. Inactive: A funnel that used to be published but was either made inactive, or is due to a product in the funnel criteria or offer being deleted. You will see an “Error” badge in the case of the latter.

  3. Draft: A funnel that has not been published yet. We save all of your progress so you can publish when you’re ready.

Hover over the meatball menu to see a snapshot of the criteria and product offer details. Click the eyeball to preview your funnel. Click the edit icon to open up the funnel to see all details and make any changes you want.

Funnel Actions

Editing your funnel is simple. Just make any changes to the criteria, priority or offers and “Publish Changes”. You can also select the meatball menu to:

  1. Deactivate funnel: This means the funnel will no longer display, but it’ll stay in your funnels list in case you want to republish at a later time
  2. Copy funnel: Quickly make a copy of the funnel and all offers.
  3. Get help: Access our support articles
  4. Delete funnel: Proceed with caution! This will remove your funnel entirely and you will not be able to access it again
