Keeping track of your client's selection approvals is critical to keeping the job on schedule, and within budget.  Your client's selection status can be categorized as follows:

1.  Selection Approved

2.  Selection Needed (Within 7 days of due date or schedule item end date)

3.  Selection Overdue (Now job schedule is at risk of being affected)

4.  Selection Undecided (Will be needed at some point, but is more than 7 days from due date)
