The most common problems are usually:

  • The email with which you have registered does not correspond to the email that has the activated plan.
  • You have registered with your Google account and you are not logging in with the same account.
  • The email account we have activated does not match the email account you are using.
  • We made a mistake when registering your plan.
  • The application has been cached in the browser. Close the browser and try again. Then press Ctrl + F5. In most browsers, pressing Ctrl+F5 will force the browser to retrieve the webpage from the server instead of loading it from the cache
  • At some point, you have refunded some code.
