Batches are perhaps the most requested feature that we have integrated into the app.

This is a brand-new feature, where you can select how many notifications you want to send.

 

1. Send X number of notifications per each item in stock

 

X is the number of emails or SMS you want to send out per product that is in stock. For example, if you select 2, you have 100 subscribed emails for that product, and you have 10 products back in stock, the app will send out only 10x2 = 20 emails from 100 subscribed and save the remaining 80 for the next products so you can optimize your sale.

 


2. Send based on conversion rate

 

You'll have to wait for this feature to get more data as this is a new feature. Once it has enough data you can select this option. After that, if your conversion rate is 20% and you restock 20 units, the app will alert 100 subscribers.


20/0.20 = 100

 

3. Send a fixed number of notifications per batch

 

  • You can select manually how many emails or SMS you want to be sent
  • The time between sending each batch of notifications (in hours)
  • If you wish to have an interval between the emails batch you can specify it here

Setting priority for channels


This feature lets you select what channel you want to prioritize. You can either send notifications evenly across all channels or set a priority order. If you wish to send out SMS notifications before emails, you can drag and drop or use the arrow buttons in order to move the channel to the first position.
