Add a custom "from" email address to your back-in-stock emails.

By default, your emails are sent from notifications@shopifybackinstockapp.com Merchants on the Starter ($20/month), Pro ($45/month), and Enterprise ($200/month) plans can now choose their own "from" email address to add more professionalism to their communications.

 

Your customers are more likely to trust and convert on notifications from your own email address. 

 

Before following these steps, you will need to make sure you have upgraded to one of the mentioned plans. Otherwise, the feature will not be available.

 

  1. In the Back In Stock app, go to the Design page.

  2. Open the Email template page.

  3. The next step is to enter the Domain you want to integrate and clicking on the Submit button.

  4. Now, you'll need to verify your domain/SMTP before clicking on the Verify button. 

  5. After that, you can enter your desired "From" email address.

  6. Click on Save and you're done.
