Configure your sign-up form to only accept emails or phone numbers.

Phone number and SMS features will only be available if you are using designated plans or have purchased SMS tokens. This guide shows you how to only accept requests for email notifications or SMS notifications.

 

  1. Go to the design page in the Back in Stock app.

  2. Scroll down to Sign-up form customisation.

  3. Select which input fields to display on the sign-up form.
